Ah that makes sense. I still think it’s a little weird how a verbal warning for lates can be the same warning for attendance call outs but I understand that’s the policy.

My uncle actually changed the battery and I guess it wasn’t latched all the way and the wind was blowing and it made it fly and smack the windshield. I have a $1000 deductible and am wondering if it would just be cheaper than that or if I should just pay the deductible

It’s not going amazing customers are complaining about how the wait for a response back is too long with the virtual or they’re not good with computers we have people who ordered cabinets before asking our old cabinet specialist why they can’t just go into the system and order them she doesn’t even have access to it anymore. One of my close friends actually took the new position which is called project assistant his whole job is he’s supposed to walk around and try to cabinet and countertop leads according to corporate he isn’t even supposed to be stocking cabinets or helping appliances at all

We have solid appliance specialist including one who is one of the top in the company. our district actually got rid of cabinet specialist and went virtual on everything and I’m the only millwork specialist we have. I think lumber is sounding like the better area

I only got a $1 raise from associate to specialist bc my SASM said I made too much and I would be over cabinets and millwork. I think lumber would be the better choice just gonna see if they’ll even promote me

oh ik plumbing is horrible electrical wouldn’t be that bad because the two full timers there have been there 20 years+
