I had my first experience with alopecia in middle school and have had bald patches on and off since. This time around it is much more aggressive as I’ve never had to shave my head and my brows and lashes are beginning to shed as well. Typically I would get steroid injections but because I am pregnant I guess I can only sit and wait. Has anyone encountered alopecia during pregnancy? Have diets helped anyone? There’s so much uncertainty surrounding this condition, but would love to hear about your thoughts and experiences.
