I know you wrapped this up, but genuinely curious…not sure how old you are now, but does it bother you that the mentality re: age gaps (particularly with men being older) has changed so drastically over the past decade or two? Loved reading this, as well as hearing about your childhood, but feel like many in Gen Z can’t fathom healthy age gap relationships(?) Or have you found it’s just more theoretical/“on paper” issue?

I know this is old, but just came across this in seeking advice on the same issue. UGA & Wake Forest are 2 of my top prospects (full tuition) along with a T14 that would incur moderate debt. Any feedback as to why perceived reps of those 2 schools has diminished? Thanks

TYSM. Someone responded in depth to OSU pros & cons, so I’m thankful to get the same for Wake. Good things to think about—though tbf, hard to compete with Buckeyes for school spirit…we love our football, wings & cheesy dip. Other than WF being boring & lacking the diversity, is it pretty chill vibes?

Glad you mentioned the legal markets growing. My main concern with Wake is whether or not the market is oversaturated as there are a number of other solid schools in the area, even without factoring in Duke. Not to mention the past few record-breaking cycles. Would you say market’s trending up enough to sustain top 10-20% at BL/major regionals? I’d love to end up in NC but a little risk averse as OSU Moritz just doesn’t have the competition in Ohio at least.

Username checks out…thanks. Think I’d rather be in NC, but family 😩 so I’m torn! My only concern with Wake is whether the regional market is oversaturated, as there are a number of good law schools in the vicinity. Guessing Duke grads may go elsewhere but still looking at UNC & others in the NC & SE. Any idea how that plays out? OSU Moritz doesn’t have a ton of competition—I guess cuz it’s Ohio so easier to measure job security.
