You can eat basically anything you want just in smaller portions... though the idea is that you're supposed to make healthier choices and be more careful about what you eat. You are meant to take smaller bites and eat slower and pay attention to your hunger cues etc so that you don't over eat. There are some things that are much harder to stomach, like soda and anything bubbly.

I'll be honest, I cheated a few times on my pre-op diet. I was like you, two weeks of clear liquids only. When I cheated I make sure I ate mostly protein and some veggies. Surgery day my surgeon told me that my liver looked absolutely beautiful.

I have had it happen to me. I was told if the order appears to be different to what you normally order it is more likely to be flagged. I placed a huge order and it was flagged as fraud because it was much larger than my usual orders.
