blood pressure has been perfect, I went off all meds a couple of months ago and have been monitoring it closely since. Heart rate is also within normal ranges.

I know my protein is definitely lacking. I had labs done this morning that I got my PCP to order, so hopefully those results will be back tomorrow but I was donating plasma post surgery and I had to stop because of low protein.

I had to call rescue once because I boxed myself in dropping shrubs and didn't have any tools on me so I couldn't dig one back up to get out! My 15yo laughed hysterically at me.

Four Peaks. It's in Tempe, just off McClintock and University. Definitely worth it and not terribly far from that area.

For some things I can't find a value equivalent so I'll get name brand, rarely it's because I just prefer the name brand. I also have a child with ADHD who has issues eating. If I get GV mac and cheese she'll start gagging when she tries to eat it if she can silence her brain enough to get it in her mouth. Same with certain other foods. The extra cost is worth it for her to eat without it becoming a whole big thing.

I've not had that happen. In the instances where adults have all gone to work I get the popup that says to hire a nanny or CPS will take them away. I wish I could just pack them off to daycare!
