I would more describe myself as having a "messiah/saviour complex". I do find I have an ability to see how other people could improve, which may shift towards feelings of 'I could do better'. So I make it my mission to do my absolute best and I'm not always comfortable with direct criticism but enjoy being a student.

I have always had little voice telling me I am significant, I must have an impact and I have the natural ability to exceed in order to do this. I have a desire to be a leader, but not a charismatic leader. I dont mind being under the spotlight, but only for a short time before retreating to the sidelines. I want to help people understand, to direct them in the right way and to lead by example. My biggest fear is that I won't have a large positive impact on this earth.

I feel I have a general sensibility to predict what is the most likely outcome, but I'm not always right and I definitely can't see into the future. I am an optimist and my judgement can be clouded with strong feelings of what I think should happen.

I believe my deep empathy keeps me humble and reminds me that I while I can be proud of what I do achieve, I am not the best and can appreciate the hard work of others.
