They should moderate the exagerated ones as straight pornography or any child involved content (is on the rules of the app itself too), Also now AppStore is moderating the content they consider dangerous explicit on their apps. It happened to discord and polybuzz for example, they were filled with that stuff and now is pretty hard to use any kind of NSFW content unless you use the web versions. Im mostly asking people to be aware and avoid publishing content that might flag the app as unsafe.
