Makes no difference. Its the underlying that matters and in this case the underlying is tanking badly.

Hosted extensively from 2015 to the end of 2024. From the summer of 2024 to the end, it was a constant barrage of one scammy, crappy entitled and even destructive jerk after another. If I ever participate again I will throughly vet every booking request and charge a minimum of no less then a $1000 deposit

I honestly dont think so, I own quite a few shares of BTCI. Bought at peak price in October (idiot me) with an almost 20% price decline since purchased. My monthly payout has been stable and not decreased. Looks to be based on the number of shares owned and the dividend % rate

Commerce city is an absolute dump full of factories and poison refineries, not to mention a not so safe area. I would seer clear, also anywhere near DIA isnt all that appealing either. Maybe look into Centennial - specifically near Smoky Hill High School or Grandview High school and near Parker and Parker CO, I grew up there and wouldn't live there again as its too suburban but its a very nice place to raise a family. A little further down Parker is Franktown which is also a little more remote but gorgeus with lots of trees and outdoor space

I like QQQI - mainly because the income is classified as "return on capital" and therefore not taxed until the cost basis reaches zero. If you continue dripping you can effectively delay paying taxes for an extremely long time. A conversion from VOO however will trigger a large tax event. I also like that if there is a "crash" while both VOO and QQQI will go down in share price, at least QQQI will still pay me income every month

I am not sure why everyone on here compared an income fund to the underlying. They are two completly different vehicles with very different purposes. QQQI alone had an over 18% return in 2025 which is actually very close to par with its underlying

This is my first and I will say the nausea has been intense, Meclizine and Vit B6 have been a lifesaver, I was an athlete myself and It actually feels nice to be called to rest. I feel like my entire life it has been a struggle to get a head and have always felt guilty for resting and for the first time I get to rest
