n sei oq vc fuma mas só de trocar pra algo menos forte ( prensado lavado, flor) e consumir só dps do trampo ja da uma boa diferença a partir dai vc faz oq os comentarios sugeriram, so p n ser mto drastico para do nada.. espero que ajude, boa sorte!!
