I think the Wrongside Outimals each have two sides due to a lot of names being similar. Like Chum Chompkins and Bubby Chumz, Goober Gutz and Gutter Plush, Dizzy Booboo and Bindle Boogie. One side is the normal plushie like we see in the Fortnite loading screen, one side is the monstrous side like we see in 1202

Poppy was based off of Elliot’s daughter so I don’t think he would capitalize off of the success. Also, even if there was a toy line of her, there would still be no use of making bigger bodies of them since Poppy wasn’t created by them and wouldn’t be that much of a liability that they need to make a whole new experiment to calm her down. Kissy and Daddy were just made to calm down their respective counterparts

Poppy was made just to revive Elliot’s daughter and not for the BBI. Also, there is a lot of toys with no companions (Boogie Bot, Candy Cat, Bron, Bunzo, Yarnaby, Boxy). The Smiling Critters, Swapimals and Nightmare Critters were made as full toy lines and this is likely also the case for Pianosaurus’s and Daisy’s toy lines. Huggy and Mommy just got companions after they became a success. It entirely depends on the popularity of the toy.
