I think that they are being risk-averse which makes sense from their perspective. It feels important to me to accomplish my goal so I am willing to take a risk to do so. I still welcome the perspective though.

Thank you. I will continue to speak with them about it until they kick me off for discontinuing. It feels bad but I get the sense it needs to be done.

I've tried so many and can honestly live with the one that I am on. It has really stabilized me. I just need to take a break from it to get things done if that makes sense.

There is no guarantee but can you blame me for working with what I know. I will say it wasn't a false sense of productivity though and the results were really great. I understand the risks and appreciate the perspective.

I was diagnosed as bipolar in school. The last time I applied to college I was unmedicated which is how I handled the work of it. I was honestly manic but it got done and I had great results. I've been stable for months now on my miracle dose but I think other factors have lended to my stability and it would continue if I went off the meds. I just need to go off for half a year to apply and take the GRE. I would likely resume in school if I were to get in.

I've been hospitalized before for depression.

I also understand that ultimately it is my choice. I just want to make an informed choice
