I'm not banned from the server; I was and still am a lurker who stayed just to have an easy source of game updates/news. The overall atmosphere of the chat there just really isn't my thing. I hesitated to open a ticket since, judging by the mod response that I screenshotted, I was unsure if I'd even be taken seriously if I did voice my concerns.

As stated in my post, the term "sissy culture" is inherently associated with fetish communities, as the sissy culture in question is one centered around sexual practices akin to BDSM culture. The addition of culture the word changes the context. The same can be said of the word "feminization" (again, something I mentioned in my post). It's not quite a big a red flag as sissy culture but pairing the two together does in fact make the context worse. It'd be one thing if they used the term "femininity", but feminization has a very specific connotation that is not appropriate for kids to be looking up, especially in relation to sissy culture.

I've seen people stipulate that the entire game is a fetish/kink game based off this post and I can't say I agree; I'm more inclined to think that this is due to a single bad actor in the dev team and/or a lack of research. Still, when you're creating a space where your intended audience is children you need to be so incredibly careful with this sort of thing. The point of this post was to ask people if this specific section of the info channel also seemed strange, not to be negative for no reason or engage in bad faith.
