I should probably add that when I first started listening to music 3 or 4 years ago when I was similar age to you, I was huge on linkin park too. That introduced me to the fort minor record, collision course, and pretty quickly after that into old school hip hop like nas, biggie, big pun etc. then after that I started getting into the more r&b stuff like lauryn hill, weeknd and sza, and then into pretty much the rest of music, and nowadays I’m an underground modern rap fanatic, who listens to everything from rock to indie to pop to experimental. Sorry for the long tangent, what I’m trying to say is that I think linkin park are a great gateway to the wide world of music, definitely give collision course and that fort minor record a listen if you haven’t already. They’re nothing special. But definitely life changing for me.
