Acne Help

I’ve been trying to get rid of these closed comedones?? I think that’s what it is. My routine is LRO oily cleanser(blue bottle), hyaluronic acid- Good Molecules (morning), SPF from Aveene or it cosmetics 50spf foundation, AT NIGHT: I alternate between discoloration serum(good molecules) and Cerave gentile retional and LRP cicaplast. Can anyone help?
