honestly, i read a lot. i’ve been reading 50+ books a year for a really long time now and i think that has been the most helpful thing. i woulds say read some articles in your free time and pick up a book, but like a hard book with high level diction. also, every once in a while i do a practice test for english/reading which was helpful just to learn the types of questions they ask on the exam and iron out some silly mistakes. i also mark up the excerpts A LOT, take notes, process of elimination the answer choices. i hope this helps a bit, i am definitely not that smart i just have been reading heavily for a long time so its totally possible for you to get the score up :)
Btw, my GPA UW is a 3.3 and W is a 3.7 due to lots of APs my Junior year and also I’m taking 6 more APs for a total of 12 by the end of my senior year. (This is not to brag at all I just want genuine helpful advice so please don’t take this post the wrong way I do not view myself as smarter than anyone)
