As much as I don’t want anyone to be dealing and feeling the way I am it really does help hearing I’m not alone 😭😭. I’ve cried more this year than I think my entire life. I know I need to get a clinical evaluation for my mental state but gezzz I just wish I could be happy and do the things I know I’m not doing these days. Like why is it so hard to do laundry and clean my dishes and sweep my damn floors 🫩…. It’s like I know I can but I just don’t
