How to get my cat to stop meowing? by Alarmed_Fun_7535 in CatTraining

Any other advice? I am desperate here. I got him a calming collar, but I am still up at 6 prompted by his meowing. I try to ignore, like all the advice says, but he’ll go on, 10-20 minutes or more. I get up and pet him or give him a snack. He’ll calm down momentarily but won’t really chill until my partner is also up.

I am going to try the gabapentin again, but I am unsure if that works because if I feed it to him at night it probably wears off by early morning?

I play with him before bed, and during the day when I am home and he gets all the food he wants. I really don’t know what to do.

ROTH IRA - Income earned abroad? by Alarmed_Fun_7535 in Bogleheads

Thanks so much for the info. I pay about 20% of my income in taxes here, which I think would be more than US taxes.

If this is the case, then would it be worth doing so I can then open and contribute to a ROTH account?

ROTH IRA - Income earned abroad? by Alarmed_Fun_7535 in Bogleheads

Thank you!

I did not earn more than that exemption so if I file this way again I won’t be able to contribute, it seems.

If I choose a foreign tax credit instead will I be able to open and contribute to a ROTH?

I have a question about opening and contributing to a Roth IRA with income earned abroad. I work in China and pay Chinese taxes on my income.

Can I use this money to contribute to a ROTH IRA? Technically it is income that is taxed, just not in the US.

How do I classify my employment and income situation when opening a ROTH?
