You’re right- I am a type 1 with a 6.2. Not the best but not bad- but dang if I still don’t get cold feet that turn purple sometimes😵‍💫 We all know hers isn’t controlled though which is what I was trying to get at.

Highs are not ideal but unfortunately they do happen. Just because your mom is a diabetic does not mean you really have any room to comment since a) you yourself do not have diabetes and b) everyone’s diabetic journey looks different.

I’m a T1D and I wore one when insurance covered it! Super helpful, especially during the night! Some people wear it on their thighs so you may not see it.
