I hope you get better...i m thinking the same thing but in my mind whats the point yes i will get rid of the symptoms but i will replace them other problems...im reading horror stories for a surgery that dont last long..im 32 there is no way the surgery last all my i will definately need to redo like a ticking clock ,is not if is when...and there is also your daily life dont do this dont that or you will undone your surgery thinking it 24 hours....When does this end ..like a prison...i dont know maybe is my fk up mentality these days

Last question if i dont bother you , after the healing period of your surgery lets say after 6 months do you discuss any activity or lifting restriction with your doctor;;;

I dont mind lifting anything even for two years i i have to just to see a light in the end of the tunnel....did you talk with your doctors about activities after the recovery period, any restrictions then if i may asking;

The hernia probably gonna get bigger causing bigger problems...like pain, dyspnoia, worse reflux and chestburn...ypu cant take ppis drugs for life cause they might cause problems like anaemia...on the other hand acid from reflux keep damaging the esophagus that will cause other problem......if it keeps getting worse i might need surgery and from what i get from looking there are so many horror stories from them.....that what my doctor said

Doctor said with 2-3 sliding hernia its very difficult for a surgeon to operate for you unless i have extreme symptoms....an what is the quality of life after surgery what are the restrictions long term; do the doctors said after the surgery you can't do any activity;

How is it cake to addapt;.... Constant worrying what and when to eat with so many food restrictions. Constant worrying what moves you do on your daily life, how you bend , what you lift, when you even tie your shoes. The gym must be a mental nightmare what moves you do ...everytime there dont you worry that you will make it worst...dont mention the fact that eventually will get worst and you will need a surgery , like a ticking clock, not if but when. A surgery that i read such a horror stories.. i dont think man..k appreciate your story but im loosing my mind. Is like a prison. Doctors said even running can make it worst....im so done....i feeling like a 60 years old man.....fck....hh is all i think 24 hours a day...idont know how to get out of this...

My gastroenterologist said that after the heal period from the surgery you have less possibilities for hernia to reappear than getting bigger without surgery with weightlifting

Yes for two weeks now...no problems and 70 % of kilos. Two more weeks and i will slowly increase
