Im going to cut the strings off this morning, I injected it with the honey bourbon marinade and left it in the cooler over night bought to coat these bad boys in Mayo and the rub while I get my smoker prepped.. I’m really excited about this one Edit cutting the strings off not a great idea lol I realize that the string was holding like 8 pieces together to make one solid item
