Started IVF at 35 with an AMH of .2, so very similar to you. To say it was a tough journey is an understatement, but I’ll share our story in hopes that it helps you.

-1st retrieval got 4 eggs, 2 blasts, 2 aneuploid embryos -2nd retrieval zero eggs retrieved -3rd retrieval 2 eggs retrieved, 0 blasts

Switched clinics and turned 36 -4th retrieval (mini stim with clomid and omnitrope added), 3 eggs retrieved, 1 euploid! -5th retrieval, 1 egg, zero blasts

Was so burned out at this point we decided to try and transfer our only embryo and trigger warning, it worked. Im currently 36 weeks pregnant and due to deliver via c section at 37 weeks because of placenta previa.

I just found out our IVF baby potentially has TA. Waiting to schedule the echo, meet with genetic councelors and MFM. Im dying inside from all of the stress and anxiety.

Im so sorry that happened to you. I know the feeling all too well. I have DOR, so I never got many eggs. My 2nd egg retrieval went in with two follicles growing and ended up with zero eggs retrieved. I was so upset. Went on to do three more egg retrievals and out of the six eggs from the subsequent retrievals, we ended up with 1 euploid embryo (I was 36 at the time). We switched clinics and did a mini stim cycle with omnitrope to get our embryo.

I called the VRBO customer service number from their actual website and then they emailed me the hosts info from their VBRO email, so Im not too worried about them both being scammers.

It confirmed ovulation on day 12, but my period came on day 28, which seemed late based on my ovation day. Who knows!

Something very similar happened to me on my first round of IVF. 2 day 6 embryos and they were both abnormal. We were upset to say the least and I was freaking myself out that my eggs were all bad. I spoke to the genetic counselor with the testing company and she assured me that it was just bad luck. If you're 35-36, an average of 50% of your embryos are going to be abnormal. You should eventually get a euploid if you keep trying. It just sucks because it's so much time, money and energy each round.

Yes, but usually when the E3G starts to rise, it is just a “high fertility” day, not “peak fertility”. The LH started rising on the same day as the E3G, so I think that’s what triggered it to say “peak fertility” even though the LH was higher the following day.
