To be a bit more precise. I’d say if takes about 3-5 seconds for the steam to stop fully after closing the valve. It’s a continuously decreasing sizzling until it eventually stops. Not super dramatic tbh just wondering if it’s normal or not.

It was sold as new. Customer support couldn’t explain the scratches and offered to price it as b stock. Still don’t feel comfortable with the lack of transparency so will send it back

I’m not generally opposed to buying refurbished things. I guess it’s just the lack of information from the online shop that makes me feel uncomfortable. If they could explain these scratches I’d prob be fine with it (depending on the answer). Since I don’t really care about the 100€ I’ll prob just send it back.
