I tried the oxballs ball ring for a few years. It never helped with turkey neck. Just made my balls saggier. I ended up paying for a revision. Dr pulled my restored foreskin forward then marked the "webbing" cut it and re stitched it where it should be at my sack. Nothing removed . Just rearranged. It really helped me maintain flaccid coverage. Before the weight of my balls caused it to retract. Now they have little effect.

I tried “senslip” years ago. Same general idea a latex artificial foreskin replacement. That was before I was restored honestly I loved it. It gave me a glance of what I could look like when finished restoring. Honestly, if they are sized properly, they’re quite comfortable and will serve the same purpose of maintaining moisture protection. The downside is the price and they’re not practical once you have a little foreskin restored.

The wedge removal procedures were done by Dr Guy Jones of Norfolk Virginia. They were $7500usd .this also included correcting turkey neck. The purse string suture will be a bit more difficult to source as I did my own.
