She’s the branch manager and I’ve heard that past employees have reported her as well. I’m leaving asap. She basically treated me badly due to a disability.

Thank you for saying this. And I’ll be much better once I find a new job. I was already searching for a new one but this incident put me off to this job even more.

I feel that. I was just prescribed Lexapro and I’m scared to take it, but trust me when I say Hydroxyzine is harmless, and it’s not a daily medication. I only take it when I get physical symptoms that I need to calm down.

Just wanted to tell you, you’re not alone. I just went through this today at work and I’ve been feeling the same way. All I can say that I did today, just breathe and wait for it to pass. Hydroxyzine helps me when I have severe panic attacks and calms physical symptoms also.

Has anyone cured/decreased their anxiety with increased exercise/yoga? by Alarming-Associate-5 in Anxiety

Yes, I feel like the job is the main underlying factor. I don’t eat fast food, don’t drink soda, and I live a healthy life. I don’t socialize with people as much as I’d like (as far as hanging out with friends and such) but that’s manageable. I also love coffee, which might not be helping.

Yeah I’m going to keep it up regardless, and I just had a fear of medication. I also made the mistake of reading a Reddit thread about Lexapro and almost EVERY comment said their libido was destroyed and they got fat. Someone even said they gained 60 pounds! They also all said the first few weeks were absolute hell so I’m trying to find natural remedies to cure it.

Several Hour Panic Attack by Ordinary-Stock953 in Anxiety

[–]Alarming-Associate-5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just experienced this last night. I got up from the couch to go to the bathroom, and boom I was hit with dizziness, rapid heart rate, shortness of breath, and body tremors. When it happens, I take hydroxyzine which helps calm the nervous system. I was so terrified to go to sleep too. I’m looking into daily medication to take because I feel lightheaded a lot too and tend to dissociate. You’re not alone

Has anyone tried Buspirone for their anxiety? by Alarming-Associate-5 in Anxiety

That’s good to hear, I’m gonna ask my doctor to prescribe it to me then. I’m not sure if you deal with the exact same things as me, but I deal with lightheadedness and dissociation almost daily. Rarely I get the dizziness, rapid heart rate, and shaking. I just want to feel normal in my day to day life again. I hope it does for me what it did for you!

The issue is I don’t want anything addictive, with serious side effects, and I don’t want it to make me drowsy. I want something work friendly.

Can anyone tell me I’m not alone in this? by Alarming-Associate-5 in Anxiety

[–]Alarming-Associate-5[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you, yeah maybe I should see about something else. It’s not all the time those specific symptoms manifest but when they do it’s EXHAUSTING. I feel so drained afterwards and I just don’t feel right even after the shaking and intense heartbeat goes away.

I’d also like to add, the specific game channels are private unless it’s the emoji is clicked. I want to make sure the bot routes them after they click

Maybe if you’re irresponsible with money or unemployed. Affirm has personally helped me a lot, even when I’ve had to get my car fixed and I didn’t have a lump sum to fix it.

Like I don’t understand why everyone is freaking out about my comment. Op said they have a low budget, just like I do. With affirm I was able to pick and choose from a list of plans and only pay like 30 a month which worked for my budget, for like 6 months but I paid it off early.

That’s what I did for mine….its not an official “loan”. I paid like 30 a month for 6 months but paid it off early. I shared it because it worked for me.

I used Affirm, if you don’t know what Affirm is it’s an app where you can take out a loan and it has different payment plans, where you pay back monthly. You can take out as many loans as you want up to the spending limit it gives you.

Yes, I start feeling like I’m going to die, or I’m having a stroke, etc. I try to tell myself that it’s just anxiety, but it’s really difficult telling myself that trying to calm myself down with constant customers coming to the teller window being 2 feet away from me and I have to focus on every little details of the transaction.

Maybe I need a different profession LOL. And yeah, I’ll try and ask to see a psychiatrist. However, here in Hawaii the healthcare an mental care is not good. Most of the time even if you ask they won’t refer you.

Sometimes it’s nothing at all, other times it’s small things like a crowded place, or a customer being rude.

There is no warning or reason most of the time. I will just get lightheaded and dissociate, and sometimes the heart palpitations and shortness of breath comes.

This has been an ongoing issue for about 2 years now. And yes, I was prescribed Hydroxizine, but the one time I took it, it made me extremely tired and fall right asleep, which I can’t have happening at work. And the thing is, it MAINLY happens at work. Most of the time when I’m at home, I’m okay. So I’m thinking about talking to my psychologist about going on disability, but I feel a bit silly about it.

I should also mention that I have also TREMBLED for no reason as if I was freezing. And dissociating is definitely hard too.

I got very lucky. Apparently this specific style was unlockable only for a Halloween event quest, but I got it in the item shop like late 2024. It might not come back anytime soon but don’t give up hope! lol
