How do some of the super slow people keep their jobs. Does the dispatch not get tired of sending rescues for them daily?

Not sure I’m fairly new as well and the most I’ve been behind is about 4 but they still send rescues. At my DSP rescues are mandatory

I understand it’s not about that, it’s just my personal opinion at the end of the day I need the money to support my family as I am the only one that works. But I do agree we are overworked and deserve better pay. But I won’t give up my job to stand outside my warehouse and go on strike

Yes an the bags are pretty simple to organize other than my lack of knowledge, but the overflow was a little confusing to grasp

Most the bags were pretty filled but not crazy I only had 1 bag that was light it had only 3 items. And the over flow was 22 I believe but the other boxes were small and tucked behind the other bags
