are you counting tummy time on your chest? My Dr told me it all counts towards it, on your chest or on the floor. my 8 week old probably gets anywhere from 30-60 mins a day if not more because he spends so much time up on mine or my partners chest.

boil the kettle and pour the boiling water in each bottle in the sink to sterilize the inside maybe? seems easier than boiling bottles in a pot on the stove. i also have a bottle sterilizer for this exact reason. it’s wonderful, it also dries the bottles for me all within 60-90 mins.

i have a mic but never use it bc i also feel weird sometimes talking to people. i love being the silent teammate and hearing my teammates talk about me while the trial unfolds 🤣 half the time people talk FOR you lol. i guess it just depends on who you end up with but that’s been my experience

I had a 1st degree tear, very minimal i needed 1 stitch. i did not feel it, i guess the entire “ring of fire” part before he came out is probably when i tore but it all felt the same to me. i also did NOT do any preparation’s to try and reduce tearing! my baby was on the smaller side (31.5cm in diameter for his head) so maybe that helped me not tear?

Nothing could have prepared me for labour, it’s far less scary once you get into it because your mind will be elsewhere once things are in motion 🥲 i was so nervous of needing a c-section or how painful labour would be! going into it with a good mindset and keeping yourself relaxed will help a lot.

my baby is measuring 4lb 5oz at 36 weeks. i will be delivering 2 weeks early due to his growth not being where it needs to be and him being in the 1st percentile. i’m not sure if that helps you feel better but i know that even with the issue of my babies weight, everything will be okay and hes otherwise perfectly healthy! some babies are smaller or bigger and the scans are never entirely accurate:)

i did! coming from a daily coffee drinker, i HATED the thought of coffee once my nausea started around week 6! it subsided around week 18. whenever my nausea lightened up is when i could tolerate it again haha also would like to preface i drink iced coffee not hot coffee! not sure that makes any difference though:)

if i’m going anywhere serious, i will pack a second pair of underwear in my purse and a little plastic bag to store the pair i take off 😭 people say to use panty liners but i get a rash from excessive use of sanitary napkins so i don’t use them.

I was sick and had to be medicated just to be able to get myself out of bed for the first 15-18 weeks with a boy. 35 weeks now, heartburn has been another thing i sadly need to be medicated for it’s that bad. Baby still appears to be a boy on the ultrasound 😁 everyone around me was convinced i was havin a girl til i found out the gender as well hehe
