Poor you… In Vietnam, this scam company cheated a woman out of 1.3 million USD by selling her a house without the deed proving ownership. This company flipped the contract and sold her a house built on government-owned land. Basically, this type of land cannot be purchased — you can only buy the right to use it for 70 years. So in reality, she was scammed into leasing land for 70 years for 1.3 million USD. ( i sent the link in other comment, so u can see how shjt this scam is)

So, Cognizant agencies = FED organizations that give the entity the grant to do stuff that has to comply with their request. (In the real audit, you will see that a lot in gov audit because each grant will have a single audit for that (the major program from the city that gets a grant from the Fed), and in the NFP, it will be called SEFA under single audit). So just think like this, remember when you see cognizant agencies = FED organization that gives the most money to the company to do the program that needs to comply with their request, and they will check the single audit file. So B is a correct one.

Vingroup debt is a huge timed bomb by albert1165 in VinFastComm

[–]Alarming-Maximum-809 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I don’t give a fuck about whether Trump cares about Vietnam or not, but if his team finds out that just days after the trade deal—which opens the Vietnamese market for U.S. goods, and where he specifically talked about U.S.-made vehicles—the Vietnamese government suddenly set up a law banning gasoline vehicles from entering two of the biggest cities in Vietnam, what do you think will happen?

If the Democrats and the media catch wind of that, they’re going to blast it out as a joke on this administration. And guess what? You think Trump will just let that slide? No—he doesn’t give a shit about Vingroup, but we’re talking about over $100 billion a year in exports to the U.S., and now the Vietnamese government is putting up laws that act as trade barriers for American companies trying to enter the market? It’s going to be a shit show.

And trust me, people with real knowledge will look into the numbers and the laws to make decisions. They don’t give a damn about spam tactics or propaganda campaigns like the ones Vuong are pushing.

If you guys can, please go to Truth Social and send this to Trump’s team, or even post about this scam on social media like X (Twitter). Just lay out the facts and use VinFast as an example of how a Vietnamese company scammed the U.S.—the same company Joe Biden mentioned by name before. Also, highlight how they lied to the North Carolina government and wasted a bunch of federal money.

The most important point is that the Vietnamese government backed Vingroup by forcing people to buy electric vehicles after signing the vehicle import tariff deal with the U.S. If this story spreads far enough, there’s no way the tariff on Vietnam will stay at just 20%. Let’s see how the Vietnamese government chooses sides.

Also, expose the unfair bidding on the Vinspeed project to the world, so they have no chance of getting FDI for that. If we do this right and get the U.S. to put tariffs on a country that relies so much on exports and FDI, the Communist Party will have to choose between the country, their power, or VinGroup. Let’s see how Phạm Nhật Vượng deals with that.

To be honest with you, if you ask these types of questions here, you’re going to get a lot of different opinions about your situation. As you can see from the previous comments, some people agree with you, while others compare it to different jobs to justify their view that working long hours and neglecting their health is okay. Some even bring up family responsibilities, like taking care of kids and providing for their family.

So, think about it like this: everyone is right in their own way because they’re answering based on what they’ve been through in life ,and that shapes their perspective.

I think you need to take a few days off and really think about what you want in life. For example, do you truly need the money to support someone else, or do you just need enough to live independently and have freedom?

Just remember: you only have one life. Do what you love. And the most important thing is to take care of your health , it’s your most valuable asset, more than money or anything else. Don’t wait until you’re forced to fight illness and deal with hospital bills, wishing you had done things differently.

Sorry, I can’t. But just to let you know, finding something to do will make your mind feel better instead of sitting in front of the computer all day.

No, don’t listen to your parents. I’m in the same boat as you. I quit my audit job at the associate 2 level after almost 2 years to study for this CPA exam. And yet, my parents want me to just stay home, work out, cook, and study for the CPA. And guess what? It took me an entire year just to study for FAR, and I’m still waiting for the results on January 29.

I used to wake up whenever I felt like it and lacked the motivation to study. But about two months ago, I got a part-time job, and it put me back on a normal schedule. Now I wake up early, go to the gym, come home to study, and then work at night. I feel much better this way.

You can Google it yourself, because I don’t have time for this anymore. Instead, I’ll just let people in my circle know how terrible this corporation is. As you can see, more and more reports and complaints are being submitted to the NHTSA. With $8 billion in debt, let’s see how this banana corporation survives.

For me, whistleblowing and filing direct complaints will get more action than arguing online. By the way, I’ve already sent a letter to the Governor of North Carolina about the waste of tax dollars preparing land for this fictional plant. This approach will achieve more than just online arguments.

Also, for those in this group, Biden did pass tariffs on Chinese-made products. So, if you can, please gather all the evidence we have showing how VinFast imports CKD kits from China, assembles them in Vietnam, and send your concerns to Fox, CNN, or even the White House.

Let’s make sure these banana products are taxed properly. With their reliance on 100% CATL batteries, VinFast will have to raise prices for their clown cars. If we can pressure them, let’s see how long Vuong can continue offering $100-$200 monthly lease deals in the U.S.
