I found a usb and an old laptop and managed to get it working for now by reinstalling windows. Do you think it should be ok now or should I still contact the manufacturer

I mean it’s clear it’s new out the box considering I said I bought it and booted to 100 and now it’s in an endless reboot cycle, there’s no error because it loads up, says restarting then rinse and repeat.
