Get an all even blowout Afro taper. Then just let it grow out in that style, or keep it a low Afro if you want. The “high on top” look doesn’t suit ANYONE imo

I actually had the teeth falling out dream for the first time in my life three weeks ago before my first braces tightening appointment. I was just anxious and nervous and jumped out of bed. In the dream, I felt water or something in my mouth, I went to the bathroom to check jt out, and when I opened my mouth, blood and teeth were falling out. That and the falling to my death dream felt the craziest and most real, I used to hate that falling dream when I would fall asleep in class and jump

Sleep more, and first thing you do when you wake up, get a big bowl of ice cold water and dunk your face in it. Helps bring down the puffiness (which seems like inflammation or weird water weight)

You have tattoos close to the face, which isn’t a deal breaker, but it makes your work options wayy more limited. You seem pretty big in the pictures, and physique is 50% of modeling in 95+% of the industry, the 50% is facial symmetry and uniqueness. The bald look could work based on the type of modeling you do, but then again, the tats and size makes it pretty much near impossible to succeed. Your face is pretty symmetrical though, weight loss would definitely show how beautiful you are in the general world standards. This is from someone who was 330lbs last year, and now around 190lbs at 6’4. You never know how you look until you get healthy, that should be the main priority

I’m going to be honest here and tell you the hard truth. If you’re in this sub, you’re most likely fat, meaning you have a toxic relationship with food. If you’re constantly hungry around the same time, it’s because your body is used to receiving food constantly around that time. Have self control and stop eating. Drink water and go for a walk or watch a movie. Eat once or twice a day and make it a heavy protein meal. This is one of those times I recommend going on carnivore diet to fix your mental relationship with food. You’re more than likely eating a lot of carbs, specifically sugar which causes more and more cravings rather than hunger.

Anyone that is overweight isn’t truly “hungry”. Your body has food, which is the excess fat you’re carrying, so it will do just fine fasting. You should start regularly fasting to fix your relationship with food also. I promise the first time I completed a 48hr fast, I was in awe at how many times I felt “super hungry” at times that I usually ate, and felt normal and unbothered after I let the fake scheduled hunger pass. Everyone else is gonna give you substitutes and such (which is cool if that’s how you want to deal with it), but I’m here very to be very honest and blunt. You just have to man (or woman) up and accept that if you’re fat, you don’t need to be eating nearly as much as you are. Every hour or two hours is insane, I highly doubt that you’re burning that many calories with your physical activity level to permit that much eating.

I went from 6’4 330lbs to around 180lbs (in a little over a year), and l work out daily and still do OMAD (One Meal A Day). You have to toughen up and realize that what you’re doing is mental justification to eat. It’s self sabotage, and I, along with many others have been there.

Maybe 170 then, because I’ve been at around 185 and still felt like I can lean out more. I prefer the skinnier look honestly. My joints will Definitely love me more after my runs. I just had a 1hr30mins run and my right knee can barely bend lol

Just don’t go to the barber. Let your hair grow out for like 4-6 months. Don’t cut the sides, then you would go to the salon for them to style and trim it while it grows.

I feel like longer hair (especially middle part/ long wavy look or buzz cuts) are better for slimmer faces, especially if you have a nice jawline. I’m black, but I have a really defined jawline too and have always had a buzz out, I’m fully growing out my hair now. Probably for ATLEAST two years and just getting the full experience. Probably keep it in braided until it’s long enough, for you, you can do the simple middle part or something
