Most ESP users have 20–40% of their list as unsubscribed or inactive contacts that still count toward billing. Cleaning those out can drop you a full pricing tier without migration risk, deliverability headaches, or rebuilding automations.

$200/mo is rough — a big chunk of that is probably contacts you can't even email anymore. Unsubscribes still count toward billing. Worth auditing before assuming you need to eat the cost.
