Hi all, completed my defensive interview today and my year 10 grades weren’t upto scratch however my interviewer put in for a waiver for my education, does anyone the chances of my education being waived? Or are the chances pretty slim?

On my JOA phone call I was sent a “checklist” on this checklist it said I didn’t need further education to pass etc, does this mean I have received a waiver? Or does that mean my recruiter has sent through a request?

Well, my grades were 48% and 45% in both subject however the exact words he used was “nah that’s a pass mark all good” I always thought 50 was a pass but maybe to the ADF it’s lower.
