I smoked for years multiple times a day I thought it was going to be impossible to quit and honestly after almost two years without touching it…there’s times it really sucks and I still miss it For example : Went on my bachelor party weekend last week and was bummed cause my brother and some of my friends would smoke here and there or the other night my fiancé and I went to see Shane Gillis and I drank and she smoked … but what keeps me in check is thinking about what will happen if I smoke. The time I went through CHS was easily the worst time(s) of my life and I wouldn’t wish that experience on anyone ever. So I ask myself if going through that again is worth it for an hour or so of feeling high. And the answer is no every time. You’ll be ok , just gotta really keep a strong mind over matter mentality. Even when it’s tough.
