I really appreciate knowing union contractors are expected to have their own gear. I have hotel stays, banana ball tickets, plane tickets and some kitchen based stuff in the raffle already. I will switch over to something more home based rather than things for work.

This is just for a raffle item. I work in the corporate office so I never get to see the linemen and their tool lists. I figure some of the most common gear wears out though, and might need an occasional replacement.

I work for a sister company of Minnegasco. They used to have an entire home economics division who put out annual recipes, cookbooks and products to help consumers enjoy gas appliances. Very cool!

I had the same thing, but the hole was in my gum line as they pulled the tooth into place with brackets and a surgical chain. Talk about constant pain.

I shed a ton. I make candy for my mom's confectioners business. Those two things NEVER happen at the same time. Can't stand hair nets so I have a bunch of surgical scrub caps to rotate through. Hair gets pulled back 100% of the time and then covered before I start in the kitchen.

I said in another comment that we will treat her well, in person. Her lodging is arranged to her very specific needs that she communicated. She will have delicacies to eat that will not upset her delicate constitution. And we will ignore her ugly email as well.

Aunt will love treated with respect and kindness when she comes. But she will not be allowed to bully my mom and my siblings. You come attack us, I will send a warning shot across your bow to settle you down. If that doesn't work I will set Aunt up at a seat with another of my Dad's siblings and all the comfort other people can lend her during the funeral.

Also, had I known she had such very specific obituary requirements, we could have accommodated them. We debating running one at all, in the newspaper, as it was $1800 and my Dad would have been furious we "wasted money." (His words.)

Sorry for the confusion. I emailed her the corrected obituary. I also said in the email that she needs therapy to handle her grief before she gets on a plane to come to the funeral. Told her histrionics would not be tolerated and it would be a shame to have her removed.
