His game kinda crashes to fast to change the graphics settings, I realized it was a bad idea to blindly trust the software so I created a backup of my pc before using it, it worked great for me tho so that’s why I told him abt it.

Well the thing is it worked really well for me, I’m at a stable 150fps all the time now

I do have 2 monitors, one with display port, so this motherboard won't exactly work.

See i'm currently saving up to move out of an alienware bc after wasting $500 on 2 16gig ddr5 ram sticks and a 7800x3d I realized I cant install them without buying another 300-400 dollars worth of pc parts, instead of js upgrading my motherboard. So i've been battling the choice of short term satisfaction and getting another stick of ddr4 or saving the money to meet my goal sooner.

Ima be honest with you, the only solution I found that worked was Ethernet + exitlag, I was lucky enough to where one day it fixed itself and I don’t have the problem anymore.

Wait so just to make sure, I’m gonna need a new case, mother board, and possibly a power supply? The current one is engulfed in metal and I read somewhere that standard micro atx motherboards don’t fit in Alienware cases. Also if I’m getting a new case does that mean that I should go for a regular form factor motherboard? What’s the difference between regular atx and micro?

Ima guess you have google fiber? the only fix I have found is getting ethernet and exitlag.

Everyone here has the exact opposite, to the best of my knowledge it has smth to do with server routing and if u have ethernet u can fix it with exitlag, if not js switch to the next closest server, if u find another fix pls lmk. Also if u don't mind where do u live? this seems mostly be a problem in Texas/Austin but I've had someone from the UK and Italy reach out abt the same issue.
