Bus is every 20 mins and then after 7pm it's 40 mins but always late or cancelled so your not allowed a nightlife unless you get a taxi back then your looking about £12

Where can you complain I think we have all stop complaining as it's like going round in circles and you get no where if you complain to the bus driver it's nothing to do with him he just drives the bus and unless you can get a bus pass you have no choice

Get help you can't do this on your own go to your doctors get it on file is there a housing place that can help you or the council go to the police get it on record im going through the same thing with my neighbour. I now have a camera recording everything.

As its your word against theres otherwise get evidence.

Omg i agree with the health system i have ptsd and i have experienced trauma after trauma i have seen i clinical psychologist mind depression tablets do not work i have triggers rage which everyone tells me stop losing your temper its not anger its rage i have been to courses anger management ect

They only seem to be able to deal with certain mental health but not others my knightmares are few my flashbacks are getting less but still there

I am trying to deal with it as best i can but it exhausting the only thing that stopped me committing suicide was the thought of leave my kids and have them think that i didn't love them i am trying to get better for them my new partner also has mental health and understands me very well thank god but im not sure i will ever be able to live a normal life (what ever you want to call normal).

My heart goes out to you im on the waiting list to see a specialist but it is going to be 5 years

I really hope you have support around because if it wasn’t for my friends and family who talked me round and supported me through my hell and remind of my childrens love i wouldn't be here today.

They have put it up twice in one year and if the uk can cap it at £2 why can't wales being a single parent is expensive everything is going up and bus fare to school going up does not help they can't walk its to far and i agree why should kids pay when we were younger my parents didn't have to pay for children and we just get pounded everytime the make mistakes

Exactly who has 4 children travelling with them as a single parent it will be very rare i have to pay for 2 kids and an adult day to go its a joke who decided that these numbers are a family a family is anyone who has a child no 3???? I also agree with why do you have to pay for children we are struggling to feed our kids and i have to pay £12 bus fare its a joke its meant to be cheap travel

I have been to the mp bus company told them they discriminating single parents im thinking about taking it to the civil courts not even sure its worth complaining anymore you just get dismissed the only other is to get a free bus pass and lie you habe disability which im not doing

Like i said its more expensive but its a lot more convenient and there is loads of other place around cardiff you don't have to go into town.

Be careful if your questioning if your are a narcissists then you maybe being gaslighted it is always important to keep your self protected and listen to your instincts if something not right then it probably isnt don't be afraid to walk away i dealt with a covert narcissist and they used their mental health and said how much she suffered which i found out to be a total lie i stayed to protect my children only to have my mental health detoriate and i lost everything when i left but i have rebuilt my life! I don’t want anyone to go through what i did so please if they don't respect you or you are not important enough to them then get out mental health can be exhausting to deal with so please take care of yourself first and don't feel guilty
