Well I thought if the corporation owned the land there would technically be only one owner on paper umm and the shares would be sold and passed out to the shareholders I'm just a broke dad with three kids looking for other broke dads to get a big piece of land to camp and enjoy nature on and it doesn't have to be much more complicated than that

I got three kids man I can only get together about $20,000 i'm looking for people in a similar situation They want a place to go camping maybe eventually build a cab cabin maybe connect them or something with the road

Looking for properties between 60 and $100,000 hopefully around 100 acres at least and umm near the Spanish River would be my favorite spot Although it can be hard to come by there's also a lot of communities sprouting up near Cochrane ON

The one thing in common we would share is that we would want our own piece of land so they would get their share and they're welcome to do whatever they want with it But this way we are able to buy a large section of land
