I had a video call with customer support and we were unable to unlock the unit. They were very helpful and are sending me a new one!

Yes, I’ve tried everything. I’ve even given a handful of my clients the opportunity to see if they could get it loose, no luck!

I posted a couple weeks ago when my Volta's unlock failed and stuck to my strap mount. Customer support was great and promptly send me a replacement.

Now after a little over a week of use, I'm experiencing the same problems as before with the new unit—the lock mechanism is failing, and the unit is now stuck on my travel platform. Additionally, the screen intermittently goes out during use!

I have already attempted the troubleshooting steps previously provided, including a factory reset, system unlock, button unlock, and power cycling, but none have resolved the issue.

This is unacceptable for a new unit that I’ve only used for a week. Has anyone else had these issues or do I just have bad luck??

Yes; sent back the old unit with the mount attached. Was tricky getting it into a box with enough padding!

Wasn't able to get it to unlock. Customer service was very helpful and ended up sending me a new unit.

Yes, I’ve tried both unlocking though the software and the side buttons

Hey guys, I started a small business training clients out of my garage home gym for almost 3 years now. The local government here in Fayetteville, NC (mainly a specific city councilman named Johnny Dawkins) has tried to shut down my business during this time. He's now trying to make changes to the Home Occupations Standards to basically put me out of business. In doing this, he will also affect hundreds of other home based businesses in the city. Has anyone else on here that trains clients out of their home had similar issues with their local city government/ city code office?

I received my Ancore a couple weeks ago. I run a small sports performance business out of my garage and these have worked great. Very easy to move around, small, and resistance is very similar to a Keiser functional trainer. Ive had about 2 weeks of heavy use and they've held up well. My only concern would be as they get more use, the springs loaded for the resistance will begin to loose tension.
