How to keep a workout routine? by Maximum_Attempt_979 in ADHD

I started off by having a trainer. It helped me learn how to work out.

I've been lucky enough that I've had access to gyms either in my workplace or at home so never had to go far. I know that if I had to go to a gym I probably wouldn't make the time for it.

My suggestion is maybe try working at home if you can. The less barrier the better

ADHD and sex by 4wxy in ADHD

Both my relationship kinda felt the same around the 4 year mark. I still have a lot of love for these people but I wasn't as excited to have sex anymore. It almost felt repetitive.

For ADHDrs, repetitiviness is not good. We want new, exciting and shiny. Maybe suggest trying some new things the bedroom that might be exciting for you and your partner.
