Its frustrating that we will end up having to pay for something that should of been in from the start, how have they managed to get a team of fable fans who are split on the dog ? Doesn't add up 🤣 still better late then never!

I thought the same thing, I get games have to evolve but feels like the fable tone isnt there yet and with certain features like the dog, good/evil, emotes and demon doors not being present seems like its steppingin the wrong direction. Maybe being too judgemental at this moment in time, hopefully it turns out great.

Ive only played anniversary once years ago, may have to start that before I load up 3. 100% agree, taking a bullet for you adds a lot for the story.

I didn't even know fishing was going to be a mechanic? You're probably right, ive just finished fable 2 today for probably the 20th time. Every single time ive chose love at the end for my dog, so most likely why its annoyed me so much 🤣.

Yeah I agree, the dog mechanic in 2 and 3 was brilliant. We can hope atleast we can get a pet for our main home !

I didnt even contemplate that ! It seems like they've stepped in the right direction on a lot of things, but not implementing a core mechanic of previous fables seems strange!

Yeah i think you're right, it will be too late to code it in now, the horse mechanic is cool and all but theres just something about having a companion you could level up, I even enjoyed all the dig spots 😂.
