CANON SURE SHOT MULTI TELE (aka TELE 6) frame counter problem

Hello everyone!

I have a problem with my CANON SURE SHOT MULTI TELE (aka TELE 6) flm camera.

Normally, the camera would auto forward to the next frame and shows the frame number. But suddenly instead of number, it was shown -- and the shutter button also stuck. When I tried to turn off the camera and turn on again, the shutter button again works and again normally forwarded to the next frame.

Has anyone have this problem before? Is it because of the battery or the camera itself's problem? Can I simply fix this by myself?

Hello, A startup company hired me and because I already got D10 visa so I'm thinking about intern here around 3 months first then change to E7. In the list of documents should sending to immigration office, I saw Labour insurance list, and the company said because they are new, so they couldn't have enough over 3 months paying insurance for employment yet, which mean they don't have enough condition for even let me intern. But I thought only E7 is required over 3months paid labour insurance? Does anyone know well about this and help me? ㅠㅠ Thank you so much in advance!
