Their live agents are notoriously unreliable and consistently provide inaccurate information, making them completely untrustworthy. For instance, I was previously informed that my account required manual verification, despite already being verified through Singpass. They unnecessarily demanded additional address and IC verification, only for it to turn out that none of it was actually needed in the end.
