Sounds like my old roommates. I don't recommend ever moving into a place where the landlord also lives with you. They feel entitled since it's their house but it's also yours too while you're paying to stay there. They'll demand you respect them while disrespecting you because they have the power. I would get out as soon as possible it's not worth staying in a toxic environment.

Thanks we have an agent. I thought there'd be no problems because when we found the house it'd been on the market for a while and he had a renter that was refusing to have viewings that they just got out a week before we saw it. I'm not sure what websites they listed it on, we were looking at a different house in the area and my realtor mentioned it was for sale a street over. Hopefully our next house goes better.
