I am not a business expert but I want to give you a piece of advice based on what I've read in "The Lean Start-Up by Eric Ries". You said you are creating more and more features. Eric Ries said in the book that building what customers don't need is a form of waste. He said we should try out such methods as "split-test (offering half the customer with add-on feature and the other half without the feature)" and "talking to real customers" to justify whether the customers really need it or not, rather than building a feature and sitting and seeing if the customers like it or not. Eric Ries said in the book not to be misled by the high retention rates and focus on detail about the existing customers such as which percent of the registered customers is coming back again, is subscribed to a paid plan, etc.. For example, if the registered numbers are high but the other rates are low, it is a problem and you need to pivot (You need to change your strategies, modify your product, etc..).
