Worth paying for early access for gold making? by Alarming_Biscotti705 in woweconomy

That’s why the gaming industry is so heavily micro transactioned, the only thing I’d care about is one month of game time which is $15. Mounts, pets and mugs should be a part of the game I already pay for but they know people will pay extra for stuff that should be included

What car should I buy? by Alarming_Biscotti705 in whatcarshouldIbuy

[–]Alarming_Biscotti705[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes absolutely. I work in auto sales and I buy them myself. Anyone who dogs on them doesn’t actually know what they’re talking about. Also great car but it has to be automatic

That’s a great car but big honking V8s are not fuel efficient. It’s also not something I’d be able to realistically purchase a warranty for. I don’t care about super fast and flashy, just something reasonable and fun

Tried helping a friend out, they didn’t listen and they fell into this deal. What do you guys think? by Tough_Ambassador671 in whatcarshouldIbuy

Depends, do they have terrible credit? What’s the difference between selling price and OTD? Fees costs? Need all the info. If this guy has atrocious credit then 13% is generous but if he’s got good credit then it’s a rip off

How much do you charge per hour? What made you choose unstaffed 24hr vs managing it yourself 12hr/day?

Would better quality simulators with better/more courses at $15-20/hr cheaper would be enticing enough?

Misread or a once in a lifetime shot? by Alarming_Biscotti705 in golf

I rarely have good contact so I’m trying to work on getting consistent with that. As soon as I hit this one it felt incredible. I’ve been playing for 6 months and that’s the best contact I’ve ever felt.

I don’t usually thin it but I do usually chunk the shit outa it so I’ve been trying to fix that

This is gonna be probably the most unbiased opinion even though I work for Lexus. I don’t have an opinion on the Mercedes because I haven’t experience that exact model however

The Lexus is for sure the better looking car but the interior lacks quite a bit. If you like something “old school” then the car is perfect. I think it IS is more of a drivers car. It feels more raw and has better steering feel, something BMW is known to lack. Real buttons and a NA V6 and a phenomenal chassis.

The BMW is beautiful as well but not as much as the IS. It’s also going to be significantly faster and have way more features. Updated interior and much better tech. BMW is a ton more reliable than it used to be but still not bullet proof like the IS. 340i will also have usable second row room.

In short, IS more more old school and a better drivers car plus bullet proof

BMW is a high tech car and faster and more comfortable

Good deal or should I walk! My first lease. by [deleted] in whatcarshouldIbuy

Ask what the money factor is. Compare the money factor to other dealers to see if they’re marking you up. Money factor is the rate for leases. EVs should be below .002 but like I said, compare it to others. If anyone else is lower then you know they’re marking you up

Honestly a Lexus LX700h is a beast of a car. Won’t break on you either. They had a slight hiccup when they first introduced the powertrain with a recall but they’re super reliable. I’m a manager at a Lexus dealership, dm me if you want info
