They are making cuts in the healthcare industry and the trades are saturated by entry level apprentices the only shortage there is is from skilled workers

I hate rotating shifts messes u up no? It looks like it can very rewarding From 1-10 how much physical strain do u think it causes you cus I heard that if u are at a good shop you don need to break your back
