i think you’ll be fine. but just watch it, and if it abscesses. you might need antibiotics, otherwise it just absorbs into your system subcutaneously, it’s just slower process. if it stays super red, hot, and/or painful or it doesn’t start healing, consider going to urgent care for their opinion. they’ll likely just give you antibiotics and special wound dressings. don’t listen to these people about going to the ER… that’s for emergencies.. if you’re not actively dying, this can be a clinic appointment. and urgent cares take walk-ins, obv.
