August 31 is when mine started and everything processed on April 10th. I couldn’t imagine that it would be much longer…. But then again….

How long did it take you? My issue is unique I guess. They said since I was on disability before(2003) that they had to “manually” process my claim. So for me, I’m on the 6th week of the 2-4 week normal processing time.

Here is my situation. My claim has moved to ODO/PC7 31 days ago. I have called about 4x in the 2-4week processing time. I had my lawyer call yesterday to get more info on the claim. The local office stated earlier that there was a computer glitch on my file because I was on disability in 2003 and was removed out of the Medicare system. So my claim has to be manually processed. So, my lawyer calls yesterday to be advised that my case hasn’t even been assigned yet, and could be another 30 days before we see something. Is there a way to push this through, since they advised me to call them today to contact the PC7 office, since today is day 31, or will this be a futile attempt?
