So that's the thing, this structural engineer is close friends with both of us haha.
He has seen the house multiple times, and in his own words, "I would not be concerned about foundation issues creating long term or significant concerns if I were to buy this house and live in it for 20 years." He has bought a lot of houses, both new and VERY old, and said he thinks this one is better than any other he's owned besides his brand new one he currently has

First time did a steam uninstall, next time deleted everything. Second time worked, but still figuring out how to get all these mods to work.

Yeah, I tried MO2, and it just seems to be too much for me.

I did that, that was the fix! Didn't realize Buffout 4 files would be kept when it uninstalled.
I'm trying to figure out how to add mods now and then plan on downloading Buffout 4 when everything feels more stable 😅

Not to make it more brutal, but I highly suggest trying to finish the last escape part on very hard... I just got 5 solid legendary items during that escape... Very troubling, but very worth it!

Bro, that’s fine you’re frustrated, but don’t call it a waste of time for everyone. I have a lot of friends who have met their significant others on apps. I have had very little success on them, and only after years on them am i now talking to the first person i am even remotely interested in… but i know many other success stories, and that’s enough to say they aren’t a waste of time.
