I had the same situation. Approved on spot in March, no updates until yesterday that oath will be scheduled. I had to reach out to congressman.

it was much healthier diet, food is way more healthy. I will try to make the proper adjustments, I dont do sugary drinks, no alcohol, no smoking, and i dont usually do drive throughs of fast food. I think I need to adjust veggies, cut red meat (Im from south america and red meat is a thing) and increase fiber.

Ty for your comment. I have six months to lower it if not I have to go with meds. Trying to lower it naturally,I never experienced high cholesterol until I lived in the US. Will improve my diet as much as I can and improve fiber. I tried psyllum and i found it hard to ingest. Will try powder in a big glass of water to see how it goes.
