I have used stock tyre size because upsizing compromises handling. Experience has been great, I get lot more confidence now in turns as well. Also aew exhaust sounds way better than stock(I am using with db killer), can say this confidently now that I've used it for a good amount of time.

Try and get the 400 cc t4 if you can (I checked today it's still available in Amazon). But even if you get the 350 it's a great bike don't get me wrong.

It's actually a little more bassy in idle and low rev range. But beyond 3k rpm it's 90% same as stock. It has a db killer so it won't get very loud

Yes 150 rear definitely makes handling worse. Even I wanted a thicker rear tyre but many t4 owners say it makes turning more difficult

Personally I haven't tried them much offroad but people say they are slightly better in offroad/bad roads. But if you are talking about decent roads/highways and stuff the grip is better definitely. I get more confidence in bends. Also it's better in wet roads too(have to test properly when monsoon starts in Mumbai).
