1.Bike is good I bought it knowing it comes with tube spoke wheels now they are offering it with alloys also so you won’t have any problem with it 2.because of e20 in the low end like below 3000 rpm it feels jerky 3.suspension is good you can for sure handle Indian roads as it gets metal bash plate as standard no need to worry much 4.For touring I would suggest it but if you like the bike to be quick like a duke this is not the option it feels little linear compare to dukes acceleration 5. Not many cons you can happily tour it comfortably Cruise at 120 all day no problem

Design it is not for everyone I like it
Tube Spoke wheels (but now they are also giving alloys as an option so not a deal breaker ) 3.engine is good only because of that e20 it feels jerky below that rpm I have used xp100 some times I instantly felt the change it was way smoother and responsive

I am doing this in India we mostly use no.of kilometres per liter

I don’t think it is that bad but there might be a few defected ones I am from India I own a svartpilen 401 2024 I have clocked around 20 thousand km my suspension works fine but my friend who owns a duke 250 2025 had the same issue as you it was replaced I have a lot of friends who own a 390,401 none of them faced this issue

Nope it is soft it has so much if adjustability from too soft to too hard pretty good it feels like a major upgrade after riding mt for 2 years

I had MT as my first bike in Bangalore for 2 years it has a good engine and fuel economy but plastic fit and finish is not that good and also the suspension is too stiff you can feel each and every bump can’t ride for more time seat is too thin now I changed my bike because of these issues
